The substitute Reece James completed an improbable comeback by Chelsea against Ajax in the Champions League on Tuesday, as the Blues came from three goals down to tie, 4-4, after the Dutch visitors were reduced to nine men.
Ajax led by 4-1 at Stamford Bridge after 55 minutes, but Chelsea pulled a goal back in the 63rd before Daley Blind and Joel Veltman were both sent off with their second yellow cards in a split-second sequence that changed the game.
Blind committed a foul in midfield moments before Chelsea was awarded a penalty for handball by Veltman.
