Celtic are prepared to compete with arch-rivals Rangers as they seek to land the signature of Josh Maja from Bordeaux during the summer transfer window.
The Hoops have enjoyed another solid campaign in the Scottish top-flight and they are currently 13 points ahead of second-placed Rangers at the top of the table.
Part of their success has been due to the presence of Odsonne Edouard upfront, who has registered 27 goals and 19 assists across all competitions, with 21 goals and 12 assists coming in the Premiership.
The Frenchman has been linked with a possible move to the Premier League this summer with the likes of Everton and Arsenal interested and the Hoops appear to be looking at a potential replacement.
