A very quiet, interesting transfer move in La Liga might just have giant implications for Barcelona in this January transfer window.
Celta Vigo announced on the final minutes of Sunday that they have signed Lyon forward Claudio Beauvue to strengthen the team's frontline in order to maintain the good form in this league season. The 27-year-old did have a good run with the French club, and is a fast, skilled left-winger with goalscoring abilities.
Which is the same thing that made Celta's star forward, Nolito, a Barcelona target for this January. In fact, a loan deal between Celta and Barça seems to be happening, but the Vigo club did not have a replacement.
