Wilson Stretchered Off After Attempting to Work Through Injury

The 23-year-old forward underwent treatment after a challenge from Stoke defender Philipp Wollscheid in the eighth minute, but shortly after his return, Wilson was stretchered away, according to Bournemouth's official Twitter account.
Although the Cherries have yet to make an official announcement regarding Wilson's status, he clutched his knee when he went down and appeared to be in significant pain.
