Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers has indicated that Mikey Johnston will not be leaving Parkhead on loan this summer.
Recent reports have suggested that Celtic would be prepared to offload the 19-year-old Johnston in a deal which would see John McGinn coming to Parkhead.
Celtic have so far seen two of their bids rejected for McGinn. However, if they persist with higher amounts, there is a big chance that they will be successful as the player has just one year left on his current deal on his current contract with Hibernian.
The Hoops could benefit from sending Johnston on loan.
