Brazil coach Dunga lands in Spain for Neymar talks

The Selecao boss will meet Barcelona officials to discuss his captain's perspective participation in both the Rio Olympics and the Copa America this year.

Brazil coach Dunga arrived in Spain on Monday afternoon ahead of talks with Barcelona over Neymar’s plans for the summer.

Captain Neymar has expressed his desire to play both June’s Copa America Centernario and August’s Rio Olympics, but Barca is believed to be reluctant to allow the 24-year-old to spend his summer break playing back-to-back international tournaments.

European clubs are not obliged to release their players for the Olympics, which will be contested by squads made up of Under-23 players and three permitted over-age athletes.
