Rangers handed Hearts a 3-0 defeat in the semi-finals of the Scottish League Cup on Sunday to set up an all-Old Firm final with Celtic. The Hoops made it to the finals for the fourth season running following a 5-2 victory against Hibernian on Saturday, and a fierce fiery clash is expected when both sides meet next month. While Celtic will hope to secure their 10th consecutive domestic silverware, Steven Gerrard’s has a lot of points to prove. Rangers are level on points with the Hoops in the Scottish Premiership, and will fancy their chances of stopping their bitter rivals dead in their tracks at Hampden.
