Barcelona's Dani Olmo saga is a cautionary tale of power, money, and big egos

Somewhere along the way, the big shots in suits forgot that football is not a commodity, it’s an art form that brings out the best in humanity, on the field and in the stands.

Barcelona got caught up in the rat race, and continues to pay the price, because the solution isn’t more money in the short term to keep the company afloat. It’s to return to the grassroots, and to trust that if you respect the game, the game will reward you in return.
