Mundo is reporting that Barcelona’s Philippe Coutinho’s injury seems to be at a standstill. The Brazilian has been out since damaging his knee in a 1-1 draw with Eibar last year.
The injury in December saw Coutinho hurt his external meniscus and it resulted in surgery on January 2nd. The hope and goal was that the three-month recovery would see him back in time for the April 10th Clasico against Real Madrid.
That hope seems to be fading with the recovery having stalled. This just piles onto the injury troubles for Barca. Ansu Fati’s recovery hasn’t gone as planned either and it's leaving Barca’s attack in rough waters with an upcoming slate of games that calls for a full-strength squad.
