Barcelona’s appeal to get Ronald Koeman’s two-match touchline ban overturned has failed with the Dutchman also set to miss out on Saturday’s clash against Atletico Madrid.
Koeman was shown a red card against Granada for saying “What a character” to the match official which really didn’t go down well.
The Barca boss was absent from the touchline for Sunday’s win over Valencia, with No. 2 Alfred Schreuder taking over, and now looks set to serve the second game of his ban.
Barca had appealed the decision but it’s been rejected and the club is reportedly now set to try their luck with the TAD (Spain’s Administrative Court for Sport).
