Barcelona starlet Riqui Puig has tried to play down some of the hype after impressing with the first team during their pre-season tour of the United States.
The 18-year-old has featured in all three of Barcelona’s games and has performances have led to claims he should be given more chances with the first-team squad.
However, Puig is keeping his feet on the ground and says he’s looking forward to getting back to work with Barcelona B.
“Sometimes it’s best to leave that stuff to one side and focus on the day-to-day. I’m really happy, but now it’s time to return to Barca B, which is my team.
