Ronald Araujo will be out of action for five months after sustaining an injury during international duty with Uruguay at Copa América. And that injury has also put a spanner in the works for FC Barcelona’s summer transfer window planning. That’s because rumor has it that the Catalans were ready to part with the defender to bring in some much needed cash to make other deals in the market.
Club president Joan Laporta was said to be unsure about the idea of selling Araujo, but his advisors had almost convinced him when the injury happened.
