Barcelona start their Champions League season on Tuesday at Camp Nou against Scotting champions Celtic, in what's already a very important match for the Blaugrana. Being drawn into the Group of Death against Borussia Mönchengladbach and Manchester City forces Barça to win both matches against Celtic to secure six points before going to war with the other two teams in the group.
The Blaugrana are the overwhelming favorites, but as Barça themselves proved on Saturday's loss to newly promoted La Liga side Alavés, the overwhelming favorites can go down. Celtic are an interesting team that has been playing some nice football under new manager Brendan Rodgers, and the Catalans need to be at the top of their game to beat the Hoops, erase the Alavés loss and prove once again why Barça are still the world's best team.
