Barcelona are reportedly planning to make a €100 million (£88 million) bid for Paris Saint-Germain's Marco Verratti after the midfielder told the French club he plans to leave this summer.
According to Mediaset Premium (via Football Italia), the Catalan giants will launch their bid on Monday as they look to get in ahead of long-term Verratti suitors Juventus, and Barca are prepared to offer above the Italian's previously reported €80 million (£70.5 million) price tag.
Per L'Equipe (via Football Italia), Verratti has told PSG director of sport Antero Henrique he intends to leave the Parc des Princes before next season, with his agent, Donato Di Campli, having intimated the 24-year-old is no longer satisfied just competing for Ligue 1.
