Barcelona midfielder Gavi is set to fly out to Germany and join up with the Spain squad for Sunday’s Euro 2024 final against England in Berlin.
Gavi has, of course, missed the tournament as he recovers from a serious knee injury picked up last year while on international duty.
However, he will be involved on Sunday with La Roja and is said to be excited at the thought of joining his team-mates, according to Mundo Deportivo.
The dressing room are also thought to be thrilled that Gavi is coming. He’s a popular figure in the team and he can hopefully provide a boost for the big game.
