Barcelona have confirmed that Wojciech Szczesny has signed for the club for the rest of the season following Marc-Andre ter Stegen’s injury.
Szczesny was spotted at Montjuic on Tuesday to watch the team’s Champions League clash with Young Boys and has now put pen to paper on a contract.

“FC Barcelona and Wojciech Szczu0119sny have reached an agreement for the goalkeeper to join the Club until 30 June 2025,” read a club statement.
Szczesny will now compete with Inaki Pena for a starting spot, with Ter Stegen not expected back potentially for the rest of the season.
