Barcelona’s attempts to bring Neymar back to the Camp Nou have seen the club offer Paris Saint-Germain a deal involving Philippe Coutinho, Ivan Rakitic and €40 million.
According to L’Equipe, Barcelona verbally made the offer but PSG don’t fancy it much and if it were put in writing it would get rejected.
L’Equipe call it a ‘Very Bad Deal’ on their front page:

The report also reckons that PSG are getting a bit fed up with the whole Neymar situation and have set a deadline of the end of the month for his future to be sorted out.
