Lamine Yamal played all 90 minutes yet again on Wednesday during Barcelona’s 1-0 win over Getafe but was spotted limping at the end of the game.
The sight of the teenager hobbling off the pitch is obviously a major worry for Barcelona fans, with the youngster arguably the best player in La Liga right now.
Barcelona sought to play down fears over the teenager’s fitness after the win at Montjuic. According to reporter Adria Albets, Barca informed that Yamal simply has a “bruised ankle” which is “nothing serious.”
Hansi Flick did speak about Yamal after the game and called for more protection from referees for the Barcelona star.
