After seven months of grueling absence through injury, Rafinha Alcântara will have to be on the sidelines again.
Barcelona announced on Monday that the Brazilian midfielder has sustained a left adductor muscle strain in last weekend's match against Real Sociedad. There is no timetable for his return, but Rafinha will not be available for the Champions League quarterfinal second leg against Atlético Madrid on Wednesday.
Rafinha suffered a torn ACL in his knee against Roma last September while he enjoyed his best form as a Blaugrana, and had to miss almost all season to recover from the injury.
