Barcelona have reportedly received an offer from Qatari side Al Sadd for midfielder Ilkay Gundogan.
According to Catalunya Radio, Al Sadd have offered the Germany international a three-year contract and he is now mulling it over.
Gundogan only arrived at Barcelona last season, on a free transfer from Manchester City, signing a two-year deal with the option of one more.
The midfielder was a virtual ever-present last season under Xavi, and the assumption is that he will continue to play a vital role in the 2024-25 season under Hansi Flick.
There have been a few whispers in the rumor mill recently that Barcelona would be willing to offload Gundogan if an offer came along but there’s no suggestion he wants a move.
