Arturo Vidal is set to complete a move to Italy this week as Barcelona and Inter Milan have agreed a deal for the Chilean midfielder’s transfer, according to a report from RAC1. Vidal will undergo his medicals on Tuesday, and the deal should be made official in the next few days.
Vidal and Inter agreed personal terms last week, and then it was up to the two clubs to negotiate between them. And just like they did with Ivan Rakitic’s move to Sevilla, Barça have agreed to sell Vidal for a symbolic fee of 500 thousand euros, with a larger number attached to performance bonuses over the duration of Vidal’s two-year contract with Antonio Conte’s side.
