Barcelona have received some good news on the injury front, with goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen two weeks ahead of schedule in his recovery from back surgery.
Ter Stegen went under the knife at the start of December and it was thought he would miss at least two months of action for Barcelona.
Relevo are reporting that Ter Stegen is actually recovering more quickly than expected and could be back in action by the end of the month.
The current plan is for Ter Stegen to return to training either at the end of January or the start of February and potentially return against Alaves or Granada.
