Alejandro Balde could be set to miss out on Barcelona’s next clash against Osasuna after picking up an ankle knock in the win over Benfica.
The left-back ended the game exhausted and with ankle pain after taking a heavy blow during the game in Portugal, according to Diario AS.
Barca are now considering giving him a rest at the weekend to ensure he’s fit and ready to go for the second leg against Benfica next week.
If Balde does miss out, then it looks certain that Gerard Martin will once again deputise for Hansi Flick’s side in La Liga.
