Barcelona may have brought in Neto, Frenkie de Jong and Antoine Griezmann this summer but their lack of left-back options remains an issue.
According to Mundo Deportivo, Barcelona have renewed their interest in Real Betis’ full-back Junior Firpo, as they aim to bring in competition for Jordi Alba next season.
Betis were originally asking for over €30 million for the 22-year-old, which seemed to put Barcelona off, but it seems that things may have changed a little bit as the summer has progressed.
The 22-year-old is still seen as the best option for Barcelona, and the Spanish champions may be willing to include Juan Miranda in the deal.
