Arsenal will reportedly have to pay €35 million if they want to sign Cristian Pavon from Boca Juniors, while West Bromwich Albion are said to be keen on signing Calum Chambers.
The Gunners want to sign Pavon as a replacement for Alexis Sanchez, and Boca president Daniel Angelici has been asked if the club have received an offer from Arsene Wenger's side.
"The club has not received anything for Pavon. Unless a club comes along and pays the €35m release clause, I don't think he will leave this year," he told Argentinian radio station Continental 590 (h/t ESPN FC's Adriana Garcia).
