Arsene Wenger is reportedly set to remain as Arsenal manager for the foreseeable future despite Wednesday's announcement of Jurgen Klopp's summer departure from Borussia Dortmund.
Wenger has two years left on his contract at the Emirates, and according to the Mirror's James Whaling, the 65-year-old will remain at Arsenal until at least 2017.
With Klopp having been previously touted as Wenger's potential successor, the news of his departure from Dortmund, as reported by BBC Sport, could have triggered the Frenchman's departure from the Gunners after 19 years at the club:
