Arsenal charged by FA for breach of agent regulations over last summer signing

Arsenal have been charged by the Football Association for the breach of the Football Agents’ Regulations during the transfer of Calum Chambers.

The 20-year-old made a switch to the Emirates after the Gunners agreed a fee with Southampton for the sale of their defender. He joined the north London club on July 26 2014. The player’s authorised agent Alan Middleton has also been charged along with Arsenal.

Chambers’ representative have until June 17, while the Gunners have time till 26 June to respond for the charges.
