Barcelona have announced that Ansu Fati has been sidelined with a foot injury picked up in pre-season training this week.
Fati has been back at Barcelona following his season-long loan spell with Brighton and is hoping to impress new boss Hansi Flick.
However, he’s been hit with a fresh setback as Barca have confirmed he’s picked up a new injury problem.
A statement read: ”In training today, first team player Ansu Fati suffered a foot injury. He will undergo conservative treatment in Barcelona and his return to training will be determined by his recovery time.
