Allegri praises high-flying Juve

After extending its lead atop Serie A, Juventus were given plenty of praise from coach Massimiliano Allegri.

Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri paid tribute to his team after a 2-0 win over Lazio saw them move 15 points clear atop the Serie A.

Carlos Tevez and Leonardo Bonucci scored first-half goals for leaders Juve, which bounced back after its shock loss to Parma last time out in the league.

Allegri lauded his team for its win over a Lazio outfit that had gone 10 games unbeaten in all competitions heading to Turin.

"I think we have to thank these players because they have played an amazing season.
