Gertjan Verbeek has been confirmed as Adelaide United's next coach, signing a two-year deal with the Reds.
The Dutchman will replace the departed Marco Kurz and arrives after coaching stints in Germany and the Netherlands.
Adelaide finished fourth this past A-League season with Verbeek eager to push the Reds onto greater things.
"I am very excited to be joining Adelaide United and cannot wait for this incredible opportunity to begin," Verbeek said.
“I have followed Australian football for a while now and have admired the work ethic and passion Aussies have for the game.
