Watford midfielder Abdoulaye Doucoure has put Liverpool on alert after saying it would be a "dream" to play at Anfield and make the step up to UEFA Champions League football.
Doucoure is reportedly being monitored by a host of Premier League clubs, Liverpool being one of them, and he told French broadcaster Canal+ of his admiration for the Merseyside outfit (h/t Liverpool Echo's Paul Gorst):
"Liverpool is a club that needs no introduction. I was impatient to play there at Anfield, I wanted to feel the atmosphere. For me it would be a dream to play in a club like this.
