Robert Lewandowski was a happy man after scoring twice on Sunday as Barcelona beat Girona 4-1 to restore their three-point lead at the top of the table.
Barcelona’s opener came from an own goal and they had to wait for the second half to find the back of the net again.
Lewandowski bagged a brace and Ferran Torres also scored, with the striker praising his team’s patience afterwards.
“We had everything under control, but we needed the final pass. In the second half, we were more offensive and created more chances,” he told DAZN.
