AUGUSTA, Ga. -- SMU's Bryson DeChambeau briefly held a two-shot lead in the second round of the Masters. But he finished with a 75 and sits four strokes off the pace at 3 under par. And the "Mad Scientist" can't say what happened.
"It's frustrating because I executed everything to the best of my ability,'' he said. "It's been happening for the last two years but it only happens in certain conditions. And it seems to be in wetter conditions off of unique lies and surfaces. From a score perspective, it's not a big deal. It's more about the execution in situations, that's what I care about the most.
