Oklahoma CB Parrish Cobb's suspension extends beyond just athletic participation, but from the university itself, president David Boren said in a meeting with the Tulsa World editorial board Tuesday.
OU athletic director Joe Castiglione, Title IX coordinator Bobby Mason, senior associate vice president for public affairs Rowdy Gilbert and Boren were in the Tulsa World offices Tuesday.
"He's suspended from the university and the team until the facts of the investigation (are known)," Boren told the Tulsa World.
Cobb was released from jail on a $90,000 bond following his arrest on three separate warrants for his alleged involvement in aggravated robberies in and near Waco, Texas.
