Bleacher Report's Damon Sayles shared his thoughts on SMU's 2016 class and the impact head coach Chad Morris has made on recruiting.
What were your overall impressions of SMU's 2016 class?
"First of all, when you look at the class, you have to talk about Chad Morris. He did a great job landing a class with depth. I think that's big. He landed 25 commits, and all of them were from Texas. That tells you a lot about his recruiting strategy and what he's trying to do. He wanted to make sure that when he got to SMU, he made recruiting Texas the priority.
