SMU defensive line coach Randall Joyner will leave the program today after accepting a job at the University of Mississippi.
Joyner, who played at SMU from 2010-13, will move on to be the defensive line coach and running game coordinator for Ole Miss under head coach Lane Kiffin. The news was first reported by Bruce Feldman of The Athletic.
The announcement signals a continued shake-up among the SMU coaching staff on the defensive side of the ball.
Last week, SMU defensive coordinator Kevin Kane left the program to become the associate head coach at Illinois.
