Hatts talked with Irving Nimitz LB Noah Spears about his decision to commit to SMU Friday night!
A college decision had been looming the last couple of weeks for Irving Nimitz (Tex.) linebacker Noah Spears, but when he saw the new coaching staffs’ TempoCopter land at his game Friday night he knew the Mustangs were the best fit for him.
“It was a lot of stuff but when I saw that helicopter come to my game, it showed me that I must really be wanted there so it was nice,” Spears said.
The helicopter came as a bit of a surprise to Spears despite the coaches telling him beforehand but was also a special moment both for him and his mom.
