When Jesuit offensive lineman Branson Hickman eventually packs his bags and heads to college, he won't have to go far.
Hickman, a rising senior and the son of Jesuit head coach Brandon Hickman, announced his commitment to SMU on Monday.
Hickman, at 6-foot-2 and 275 pounds, is rated as a three-star prospect and the No. 33 center in the country, according to 247Sports.
Hickman is the fourth commitment in SMU's 2020 recruiting class. All four players committed to the Mustangs in the last three days. In addition, SMU also landed former Highland Park OL Thomas Shelmire on Friday.
