UNIVERSITY PARK - SMU cornerback Jordan Wyatt missed the team’s 49-28 win over UConn with a shoulder injury suffered last week against Arkansas State.
SMU did get another of its starting corners back as Christian Davis returned after missing the previous two weeks with an ankle injury. The sophomore struggled initially with some missed assignments and tackles but had a big pass breakup on third down in the second quarter.
--The offensive line also got a shakeup due to injury. Redshirt freshman Jacob Todora, who last week started at left tackle, missed the game with a leg injury.
