SMU senior guard Sterling Brown felt as good as he normally does last weekend when the Mustangs traveled across the Red River for a weekend trip to Tulsa.
On this Saturday evening, it was Brown's turn to have a career night. He poured in a career-high 27 points and was named the American Athletic Conference's player of the week for his role in the team's 23-point win over the Golden Hurricane.
Two weeks earlier, it was sophomore guard Shake Milton's time to go off for a career-best 27 points in a lopsided home win over Houston.
