The Dallas Wings re-signed forward Theresa Plaisance to a multi-year contract, the team announced in a statement. Plaisance was a restricted free agent after completing her rookie contract with the Wings in 2017.
Plaisance, who is recovering from a torn ACL suffered while playing in Poland this fall, made 25 starts last season with the Wings. She averaged 7.7 points and 4.3 rebounds per game while move between power forward and center.
"Theresa has evolved from a third-round pick who played sparingly early in her career to a player who can log starter's minutes at multiple positions in the WNBA," Wings president and general manager Greg Bibb said in the statement.
