It was another busy recruiting week in D-FW.
Here are five takeaways.
1. Recruits take in SMU win -- Several area recruits made their way to The Hilltop on Saturday to watch SMU take down Navy in an overtime thriller. The list included local commits like Allen offensive lineman Tai Brooks, Richland wide receiver Rashee Rice and Southlake Carroll athlete TJ MCDaniel as well as four-star targets like Dallas Parish Episcopal quarterback Preston Stone, Coppell wide receiver KJ Liggins and Hebron safety Darius Snow. SMU has top recruiting class in the American Athletic Conference this year.
