Brown propels SMU past Tulsa 76-53

TULSA, Okla. -- Sterling Brown scored 24 of his 27 points in the second half and SMU rolled past Tulsa for a 76-53 win Saturday night.

Shake Milton added 19 points, Semi Ojeleye had 16 and Ben Moore collected 10 rebounds for SMU (20-4, 10-1 American), which shot 49 percent from the field to pick up its sixth straight win. Brown was 9 of 15 from the field and his 24 second-half points were the most by a Mustang since 2011.

Jarrey Foster's dunk with 6:31 left before intermission made it 20-19 and put SMU on top for good as the Mustangs continued to pull away while holding Tulsa scoreless over the final seven minutes of the first half.
