SMU freshman Harry Froling from Australia has decided to leave after playing only 10 games with the Mustangs.
Froling, a 6-11 forward from the Australian Institute of Sport, was averaging 4.3 points and 3.5 rebounds in 14.6 minutes per game.
Although Froling had found a role with the Mustangs after being slowed by a foot injury during pre-season workouts, he felt he should have been playing more.
"I have loved my teammates and my coaches here at SMU, but I was hoping to play a much more significant role than the one I have here now," Froling said in a statement.
