After an impressive win over Houston and an important victory over Tulane, the Mustangs came out and laid an egg over the weekend, falling to Memphis, 51-7. SMU head coach Chad Morris called the loss 'embarrassing' and said he challenged his team to play its best game of the year against East Carolina on Saturday. The Mustangs need to come away with a win if they want to have any shot of making a bowl game.
