When the 68-team NCAA tournament bracket comes out every year, I love to look at sleeper teams that can make some noise.
My definition of a sleeper is a team seeded fifth or lower. Come on, picking a team like Kentucky that was seeded fourth, that is not really a sleeper.
Let's look at four teams capable of pulling off surprises, one in each region.
