Over the weekend, the Seton Hall softball team travelled to Conway, South Carolina to compete in the Chanticleer Classic. The team went 1-3.
In the first game on Friday, Seton Hall took on Coastal Carolina University and lost by a final score of 4-6. In the first three innings of the game, Coastal Carolina took the lead early by scoring four runs. Then, in the fifth inning, the Pirates scored three from a home-run by Janae Barracato and an RBI single from Darby Pandolfo. In the sixth, Coastal was able to score two more runs, making its lead 6-3.
