The Seton Hall men’s basketball team miraculously stayed close for most of its game against Nebraska on Nov. 14 but ultimately fell, 80-57.
The Pirates once again relied on Myles Powell’s offensive prowess to drive the team. Powell came away with 15 of the team’s 27 first half points despite not hitting a single three-pointer.
The team as a whole went 0-for-6 from three in the first half, exemplifying the inconsistency that plagued the team all game. Whether it be the 14 turnovers or shooting 36 percent from the field, the Pirates simply could not muster up enough to propel themselves over the Cornhuskers.
