Gov. Phil Murphy announced on Monday that a limited number of people will be allowed to attend professional and college sports games effective Mar. 1 at 6 a.m.
The immediate family members of players and coaches will be allowed to attend games immediately. However, players and coaches are limited to just two immediate family members per person to attend games. Face coverings and social distancing will be required, and those who buy tickets together will be able to sit together.
Seton Hall has allowed immediate family members to attend games since early February, but there have not been fans in attendance for a Seton Hall men’s or women’s basketball game since March of 2020.
