GREENVILLE, S.C. -- Was it a flagrant foul? Well, the answer to that certainly depends, in large part, on your geography.

For the people who traveled here from the Deep South, this was a clear-cut violation of a simple rule. Seton Hall forward Desi Rodriguez didn't come close to making a play for the ball when he shoved Arkansas guard Jaylen Barford with 24.6 seconds left in this first-round NCAA Tournament game.

"That's as simple as that," Arkansas head coach Mike Davis said. "There was no play on the ball. He pushed the guy down.
